Hallyu heartthrob Song Joong-ki braced the cover page of Harper’s Bazaar Korea of the May issue. The magazine will be out on April 22. The Instagram and Facebook pages of Harper’s Bazaar Korea had posted a few photos of the ‘Descendants of the Sun’ star flaunting his good looks.

Harper’s Bazaar Korea had also changed its timeline photo and display image to Song Joong-ki. Song Joong-ki’s mind-blowing photographs were shot by photographer Kim Jae Hoone. His stylist for the shoot was Choi Moon-sun. The credit for his hair and makeup goes to Lee Hae Young and Kim Jih Yun, respectively.

Sporting his signature hand-on-the-chin look, the charismatic actor was all suited up in navy blue trousers and a Louis Vuitton silk shirt, which featured cranes and cherry blossom, a Japanese textile theme that represents longevity and good fortune. Other photographs captured the actor’s personal moments.

Harper’s Bazaar Korea, on its Facebook page, said: “For the photo shoot, we had a strategy like that of his Alpha team (Captain Yoo’s special forces team on Descendants of the Sun) to avoid paparazzi and his fans. Song Joong-ki was extremely professional and displayed utmost leadership. We enjoyed working with him.”

Song Joong-ki is now preparing for his upcoming movie ‘Gunhamdo’ or ‘Battleship Island,’ as it is called in English. The actor has revealed that he will shave his head and sport a bald look for his new role.
