Obama is not a Muslim, or a Christian, and certainly not a Jew.  He is a 1960s radical, a third-world intellectual and a Chicago machine politician.  He never had a father and his stepfather was an Indonesian secular Muslim.  His mother was a 1960s radical and brought him up to believe as she did, and as did and do the radicals he consorted with the Chicago.  That belief is that the United States is and always has been an evil country–slavery, slaughtering the Indians, taking away half of Mexico, overthrowing the Hawaiian monarchy, discrimination, imperialism, savage capitalism, etc. etc. etc.  He is an Islamophiliac and a Yankeephobe.  He is in his own mind not a failed president, not incompetent or bumbling.  On the contrary, he is very effectively doing exactly what he wants to do and why he wanted to occupy the chair he now occupies, namely to weaken the evil empire (the U.S.) internally and externally.  This is becoming so obvious that there is practically a state of insurgency in the U.S. armed forces at present.
At the dawn of the 21st century  the United States was the most powerful and the richest country in the history of the world.  Fifteen short years later it is a pathetic bankrupt giant, degraded by Obama and his predecessor, who was a patriot but a fool and a dupe of exactly the type of “dominationists” MK is talking about.  Very dangerous when they wield power, as both Washington and Eisenhower warned.  The end of the end of history can be traced to September 11, 2001 and it has never stopped.  Along with all this is the collapse of the system of Western civilizational values that for more than two centuries made the world a more prosperous and a more decent place.
It may be that the Iranians and Islamic State will slaughter each other and the result will be beneficial, certainly not for those slaughtered, but for the region in general and the world.  But if so, it will only be the goddess of chance that can take credit for it.  The Obama Administration as such has no strategy for anything, but Obama himself does, and he is good at it.
