Vietnamese child surrogacy ring investigated

Authorities in Vietnam are investigating two women for allegedly running an illegal surrogacy ring that took Vietnamese women to China. India's parliament is currently considering a draft bill that would set down rules, regulations and penalties concerning the controversial issue of surrogacy in the country. The author says such a law is needed to clarify all types of surrogacy, including commercial arrangements involving monetary compensation.
