簡單的說，就是最新的技術使得機器能夠逼真地模擬人類說話時的聲音、嘴唇動作和表情，並且將三者自然配合，與真人幾乎一樣。
從新華社發布的圖中可以看到，這一男一女兩個AI機器人主播跟真人並沒有什麽區別。使用者只需輸入新聞的文本，機器人就可以用合成後的聲音，進行新聞播報，全天24小時的工作，不需要任何休息。
而且，AI機器人在播報上，只要文本不出錯，就不會出現任何失誤，比起真人播報優勢還是很大的。這項技術不止在中文主播身上行得通，英文主播照樣應對自如。
