Why didn’t the U.S. president Obama’s administration attempt to use,(misdirection public,with misinformation~ public and military~ ~~),public affairs war,with radical Shia theocracy ruled Iran influenced Iraq militias and ultra evil false Islamic state,therefore,no one would have known areas of Mosul,Iraq were the target of the offensive’ s reoccupation efforts,then careless civilian uprisings,mass murderous false Islamic state activities,most false Islamic state defense traps,etc.~~~would not have mass murdered thousands of civilians.U.S. president Obama’s administration should have stealthily redeployed Iraqi military forces near Kuwait border ,for advanced training preparations for false offensive against Syria border then steady redirection movement back toward areas surrounding Mosul,Iraq,(as smaller offensive reoccupation forces are steadily left to attack ,but really secure borders~ Syria,Jordan,Kuwait,Turkey and Iran) ,to attack defense perimeters.but,before offensive was revealed then special units~ ~~spy networks,commandos,and shock troops,would began attempting infiltrations of urban areas,(including,Mosul,Iraq) ,over a year before offensive occurs,(under bad weather and nighttime ,with occasional infiltrators disguised as civilian refugees,before ultra evil isis,really sealed city firmly) !these special units would not reveal themselves the civilian population,and would execute operations against clear isis targets,with organized rebellion (when possible! ).civilian collateral damage would be avoided,at all cost !example: if important false isis has any known civilians within,then infiltrated covert Iraq Special units,would clandestinely observe important isis target,then strike isis target ~ONLY when civilians were known to clear,such as night or early morning! Special units would covertly start organization of armed resistance rebellions,within areas surrounding Mosul Iraq,2 months after infiltrations,against false isis!
