The Shanghai Securities Exchange has released a guideline for sponsoring institutions in terms of recommending companies to list on the science and technology innovation board, The Paper reported.

Sponsoring institutions should give priority to companies that meet the following requirements when they offer a recommendation.

First, tech enterprises that conform to the national strategy, breakthrough core technologies and have high market recognition.

Second, enterprises belonging to the next generation of high-tech industries and strategic emerging industries such as information technology, high-end equipment, new materials, new energy, biomedicine, energy-saving and environmental friendly.

Third, tech enterprises with deep integration of the Internet, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and manufacturing.
