近日，江蘇省張家港市檢察院以涉嫌詐騙罪、敲詐勒索罪對成某提出訴訟，並於1月29日判處其因犯詐騙罪獲有期徒刑六年，因犯敲詐勒索罪獲有期徒刑一年十一個月。
這個成某是怎麽實施詐騙的呢？原來，她騙的是自己的有錢閨蜜。
成某的閨蜜陳某家庭條件優越，2008年結婚以來一直是全職太太，生活很幸福。但最近她感覺丈夫不大對勁，整天早出晚歸，手機不離手，不再像以前那樣關心自己了。電視裏這樣的情節不少，天天沒事在家看劇的陳某不禁敏感了起來，「難道老公是有了外遇？」
這天，她向多年好友成某吐露了自己的懷疑，並讓成某幫自己想辦法調查丈夫。成某一口答應下來，並且過了幾天就找到了一名「廣東黑客」，說這個人很有本事，可以通過手機號碼查位置、獲取微信聊天記錄。查一次費用人民幣1,000元人民幣（約149美元）。收到陳某的錢後，「黑客」很快表示，他已經查到陳某的丈夫有兩個微信小號，他和「小三」不僅在市區租房，而且還在找「黑客」查陳某。
陳某又驚又怒，決定到市區「捉小三」，考慮到自己一人上門身單力薄，她轉賬2萬元給成某，讓成某拜托「黑客」查找到確切位置，並找幾個人「捉姦」時幫自己撐場面。
捉姦還沒成行，成某卻帶來了壞消息：「黑客」因查詢個人信息被捕，將面臨法律的嚴懲，如果把陳某交代出來，陳某也要承擔法律責任。
面對慌了神的陳某，成某表示只要出錢，黑客就可以把所有責任承擔掉。以此為要挾，成某多次向陳某要錢以「補償」黑客。陸陸續續地，陳某先後向成某轉賬共計人民幣29萬餘元。錢花了，所謂的調查一點進展也沒有，她自己也覺得越來越蹊蹺。最終，陳某選擇了報警。
警方經過偵查發現，「廣東黑客」是成某表演的一出「雙簧」，根本沒有這麽個人，所謂黑客就是成某自己。
成某交代，她一直艷羨陳某殷實的家庭條件，在陳某向她求助時，她感到這是一個「機會」，於是就自編自導了這出「黑客」鬧劇。
